Rehabilitation of rural cottage in bioconstrucción, plot 1.100 m², cottage 40 m², water supply with spring water, vegetable garden and orange trees.

Homage to one of the lesser-known works of Le Corbusier’s work: completed in 1951 for his personal holiday in Roquebrune-Cap Martín, his retreat place on the French Côte d’ Azur.
There, in the last years of his life, he would realize his most radical idea related to the minimum inhabitable space, in the so-called Petit Cabanon. An ascetic hut covered with trunk boards that he would build on a small promontory beside the Etoile de Mer.
